Girl's Volleyball Tryouts Begin August 23
PacLu 2010 Girl's Volleyball - tryouts begin Monday August 23 at Avenue 'E' in Redondo Beach. We will spend five mornings on the sand, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., before moving into the gym on Tuesday August 31. The cost is $75.00. For details contact coach Bareford.
After the Stingrays successful 2009 Div 5A CIF Championship season, the team is scheduled to face several upper division schools in 2010 to prep for the CIF Playoffs. Opponents will include Rolling Hills Prep, CAMS, Price, New Roads, Vistamar, St.Monica, Pacifica Christian, St.Bernard's and Lighthouse Christian. So make plans to join us at Calvary Assembly gym for all our home games during September and October. The Stingrays will need your support!
Lady Stingrays ARE C.I.F. DIVision 5A Champions
The Pacific Lutheran High School girls' volleyball team won the C.I.F. Division 5A championship finals after the strongest sports season we've had from any team in school history. There were a total of 53 schools competing in CIF 5A volleyball (Small School Division). What a great season! Thanks be to God!
