Each year the students and faculty of Pacific Lutheran High School travel to Camp Arrowhead in the San Bernardino Mountains for three days and two nights of work and fun. This field trip presents an opportunity for students to enjoy the wonderful world our Lord has made, grow spiritually and socially, and provide physical labor for the camp. Students participate in nightly devotions, enjoy an amazing display of talent at the talent show, play a competitive game of capture the flag, and show off their bowling or ice-skating ability. Students help the overworked camp staff by chopping wood, lining trails, taking down teepees, picking up trash, and painting. The students of Pacific Lutheran High School are often praised as the best-mannered and most productive students visiting the camp the entire year. |
